New Feature: Historical Searches

InfoSeekers can now see the listing of all their desktop and text searches on their profile page; we call this exciting new feature “Historical Searches.” This is a very unique feature which will dazzle our customers. The Guide who conducted the search is shown alongside the result; this is a great way to let InfoSeekers know about you and your interests (via your profile)! Please note that a number of enhancements to the Historical Search feature are being developed, including deleting search history, emailing results and archiving searches. We will also add additional search types as they are introduced. This is only the beginning of the features that will be supported behind the InfoSeeker Login, providing a truly unique experience as part of the ChaCha vision for a Unified Search platform providing “Simple access to better answers, anytime, anywhere”.

Guide Invitation Update

Many of you have inquired about the status of the invite program; due to the overwhelming feedback from you regarding your concerns about over-recruiting, the perception that this is a multi-level marketing model, and how the original program diluted guide quality, we are working on a new approach to invites. In your responses to the communications survey, many of you expressed interest in more interactive communication methods. I would like to get your input on how to address the concerns and successfully re-launch invites - if you would like to propose an approach, please go to the Forum and provide your input. I look forward to reading all your great ideas!
